Creech View is a newly built, two-bedroom holiday cottage in the heart of beautiful Somerset, at a convenient location for guests wishing to visit Wells, Bath, Shepton Mallet and Longleat. The cottage sleeps up to seven guests plus cot and makes ideal family accommodation near Longleat. Built of local Blue Lias stone with many traditional features and appointed to a luxurious standard with all the facilities of modern life, your stay here will be wonderfully comfortable, relaxing and peaceful, in the tasteful surroundings one expects from a stay in the countryside. The empahasis throughout is on quality and luxury accommodation, from the solid oak flooring, doors and exposed beams to spacious 'Heritage' bathrooms with powerful showers and blissfully comfortable beds.
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with disabled access and bathroom, the other is on the first floor (also with bathroom). Both bedrooms sleep two people in either twin or superking size double beds. There is also a very comfortable double sofa bed in the ground floor lounge and a single sofa bed on the large first floor mezzanine landing, both areas benefitting from all the light and space afforded by huge, double storey, feature windows which really give the feel of sleeping under the stars should you choose to open the blinds! A travel cot and high chair is available for younger guests on request.
Downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fan-assisted oven, grill and hob and washer/dryer and a separate lounge and dining room with flat screen TV/DVD player. There is also a good choice DVDs, books and board games to entertain and free wifi internet access is available. The cottage enjoys its own outside space with large private south-facing garden mainly laid to lawn and large patio and BBQ facilities. There is ample parking for several cars and a designated parking space for The Cottage.

Welcome basket comprising tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, conserves, breakfast cereal and locally produced cider included. All brides at Longhill Farm receive a chilled complimentary bottle champagne and chocolates on arrival.
Please note: we may not always be able to book short breaks at peak times. Please telephone to discuss your requirements. Creech View Cottage has a strict 'no smoking' policy. No pets except assistance dogs by prior arrangement.
Booking
A 20% non-refundable deposit is paid at booking and the full balance payment becomes due eight weeks before the date of hire. A refundable deposit of £50 will also be taken at booking as security against damages occuring during your stay. The £50 security fee will be refunded to you 48 hours after your departure by cheque, providing no damage has occured or there is need for excessive cleaning resulting from your stay. Damages/cleaning costs amounting to greater than £50 will also be charged to you in full.
Payment by debit/credit card preferred or by personal cheque. Credit card payments attract a 2% surcharge. Cheques made payable to Longhill Farm Bed & Breakfast. All bookings made by cheque remain provisional only until cheque payments have been received and cleared.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after the full balance has been paid, we will not refund the balance unless we secure another booking for the whole hire period to the full value of the original booking. If a booking of less value than the original is gained, we will only refund this sum less any additional value of the original booking.
