Creech View Cottage
Creech View Cottage is a brand new, purpose built, two-bedroom holiday cottage that can sleep up to seven guests plus cot. Built of local Blue Lias stone with many traditional features and appointed to a luxurious standard with all the facilities of modern life, your stay here will be comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable, in the tasteful surroundings one expects from a stay in the countryside. The empahasis throughout is on quality and luxury, from the solid oak flooring, doors and exposed beams to spacious 'Heritage' bathrooms and blissfully comfortable beds.
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with disabled access and bathroom, the other is on the first floor (also with bathroom). Both bedrooms sleep two people in either twin or superking size double beds. There is also a very comfortable double sofa bed in the ground floor lounge and a single sofa bed on the large first floor mezzanine landing, both areas benefitting from all the light and space afforded by huge, double storey, feature windows which really give the feel of sleeping under the stars should you choose to open the blinds! A travel cot and high chair is available for younger guests on request.
Downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fan-assisted oven, grill and hob and washer/dryer and a separate lounge and dining room with flat screen TV/DVD player. There is also a good choice DVDs, books and board games to entertain and free wifi internet access is available. The cottage enjoys its own outside space with large private south-facing garden mainly laid to lawn and large patio and BBQ facilities. There is ample parking for several cars and a designated parking space for The Cottage.

Cancellation Policy
A 20% non-refundable deposit is paid at booking and the full balance payment becomes due eight weeks before the date of hire. If cancellation occurs after the full balance has been paid, we will not refund the balance unless we secure another booking for the hire period.
Payment by credit/debit card or cheque made payable to Longhill Farm Bed & Breakfast. All bookings remain provisional until cheque payments have been received and cleared.

Access Statement for Creech View Cottage
Creech View Cottage has one bedroom, one bathroom, entrance hall, kitchen and lounge/dining room on the ground floor and is suitable for some guests with limited mobility. All rooms lead off the large entrance hallway and there are no changes in floor level or steps inside the cottage on the ground floor. All doors are wide enough to allow wheelchair access and the downstairs flooring is all of smooth wood and tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. The ground floor bedroom can be made up with either twin or superking-size double bed and provides adequate room one wheelchair. Bedroom funiture can be rearranged to suite individual needs on request.
The ground floor bathroom is a spacious wetroom with three grab rails and small pull down seat under the shower. A height adjustable shower chair is available on request. There is ample room for a wheelchair in the bathroom. The Heritage bathroom suite provides a comfort height toilet seat and the flush is an easily operated lever. The large comfort height hand basin allows wheelchair access underneath the basin and the taps are also easily operated levers. The main ceiling lights are operated via pullcord. Please note that this bathroom is not fitted according to the specification of Document M of building regulations and so may not be suitable for all guests fully dependent on a wheelchair. The first floor rooms are accessed via a flight of 14 stairs. There is a small landing area half way up the stairs and as there is no lift they are not suited to guests with limited mobility. The first floor bathroom is a walk-in shower that requires one step up. The Heritage bathroom provides comfort height toilet with easily operated lever flush and wash hand basin with lever taps. The first floor bedroom has three windows, two of which are rooflight windows hung at a low level in the eaves and may not be be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Outside
The Cottage is accessed via a large carpark sited on level ground and surfaced with small stones which is immediately adjacent. Guests using wheelchairs or with limited mobility are able to pull up next to a path that accommodates a gentle and very shallow rise up to the front door of the cottage. A ramp gives access over the small threshold of the front door. There are two steps down onto the garden patio from the double patio doors in the lounge. Guests with limited mobility or using a wheelchair can access the Garden and patio via a level path that runs from the front door, around the cottage to the Garden. There is also wheelchair access via a path from the front door of the cottage to The Orchard Therapy Suite and The Orchard Meeting Room which runs around the courtyard.
